
The underbody has been fully cleaned and the nonfactory coating was removed. Now the duplication of the red oxide color can be done as well as documenting the spray patterns of when the outer body was painted

The 1966 Shelby GT350 is mounted on the rotisserie to become ready to start the process of restoration of the body

With the undercoating removed I can tell the correct shade of red oxide primer on the underbody and also see the overspray pattern from when the outer body was painted so that can be correctly duplicated in the restoration process

This is the product I use from the Eastwood company to help soften the undercoating to make it more easier to remove
