1965 Shelby Mustang 5S162

Brant Halterman of Virginia Classic Mustang has owned this car since the early 80’s and completed the first restoration in 1985. This is a matching number rust free Tennessee car that he drove and enjoyed until 2011 when he asked me to start preparing the car for concourse judging at  SAAC 36 at VIR Raceway in Danville, VA.  The car brought home a Gold Award in Division 2. The following year the car entered into Division 2 at Concourse judging SAAC 37 at Watkins Glen, NY and won Gold again.

Engine was removed to freshen it up mechanically and cosmetically.
